Limited Lifetime Paver Warranty

The following Bella Vista interlocking concrete paver styles are covered by a limited lifetime warranty: Antique Cobble, Stonetop, Stonetop Tumbled, Catalan, Old Town/Holland, and HydroLogic Permeable Pavers.

When these paver styles are installed by a qualified paver installer who guarantees their workmanship for 5 years, Ebs Block guarantees the listed Bella Vista paver styles against manufacturing defects for as long as you own your home. If the pavers are installed by the homeowner, using installation guidelines recommended by the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association (CMHA), the warranty will be valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover splitting, chipping, or other forms of breakage resulting from impact, abrasion, or overloading. Additionally, this warranty does not apply to efflorescence, a natural occurrence inherent in all concrete products, nor does it cover staining, hazing, or discoloration caused by the application of sealers, cleaners, stains, or polymeric joint sands.

Ebs Block's obligation is limited to supplying new material, free of charge, to replace any defective product. Color matching cannot be guaranteed, and installation costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

This lifetime warranty on Bella Vista interlocking concrete paver systems is intended for residential applications only and is valid for as long as you own the property.
